It's light, yet distinctively mapley flavor is just perfect on Pancakes, waffles, or wherever you'd use a little bit of extra sweetener. This is the all-purpose grade, just right for eating straight up or for cooking your favorite maple treats. We also package a limited line of the 2 darkest grades-Grade A Dark Robust, and Grade A Extra Dark Strong, depending on availability at the time of your order.. Use this if you're a fan of the more robust and intense maple flavors that carries over better in cooking and baking....nothing wrong with eating it either!
